Finally I had some time and I published the pictures of the lessons of Indian cuisine done by Barbara Miorin some time ago.

They are really cute ;)

I published 146 new pictures and also two new galleries. The pictures as always are here: Recent Photos. The two new galleries are:

• Fashion and Editorial: a growing gallery (in wich I will move a lot of pictures I published elsewere this year). It’s very hard to decide how to publish pictures and when I started, in January, I did some errors. As Donald Foster said: “No one who cannot rejoice in the discovery of his own mistakes deserves to be called a scholar“
• Old and Young: an experiment about very old people putting childs near to them. I started this experiment in my grandma’s hospice. In the future I hope to work more in hospices and also insane asylums.

It’s a lot of time that I don’t speak about my work.
Even if I’m working a lot, more than 14 hours each day, since January.

Part of my work actually is photography, and this post is about that…
… because in a week or two I will publish more than 200 pictures.

They will be divided into two parts…:

• … the personal stuff (as always) will be published in this website.
  I remember to everyone that I never published my work as photographer on this website…
  … the pictures you can find here are just “personal” stuff.
• The high quality stuff or pictures I took for work reasons will be water-marked and will be published in my new website: www.alvisenicoletti.com

The new pictures are about:

• Fashion shooting
• Dance pictures (biennale danza, tango, and various theater stuff)
• Internals, architecture, and other stuff

At the end I decided to create an entire gallery for Luca.

I don’t have much time to write about the things I do…

However, two weeks ago I went for two days at Arte Sella, a nice exposition of natural art near Trento.

I saw a lot of interesting things, however, the best photos I did was portraits of the people that was with me.

In the still unfinished March, I took 1500 pictures, and in this weekend I took the occasion to publish some of them (80).

Their quality is a lot higher of the pictures I used to take months ago.

I’m changing completely my vision of  photography, adding technique and thickness to my work.

I will write about it, someday.
Until that day, just watch the pictures.

Of course as always, inside the “good work” there is some shit I publish for other reasons than the pictures themselves.
